Purchases will be packed and shipped within 5 working days and usually arrive within 2 working days.

The website is currently set up to ship only within the UK. If you would like to make a purchase from anywhere else in the world, please email me for a shipping quote and note that shipping will take longer and be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied and the piece is not as you expected, please email me at hello@roxybanks.com within 14 days to request a return.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate photos and measurements for each individual piece. Please note that colours can display differently due to screen settings etc. If you have any questions about a piece, please don't hesitate to get in touch before purchasing.

Once a return has been agreed, it must be carefully packaged and shipped using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece is received in it's original condition, I will refund the payment within 14 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
